Jessica earned a bachelor’s degree in communicative disorders from Wester Chester University, followed by Master’s degree in Speech and Hearing Science at LaSalle University in Philadelphia. Jessica started her career in San Diego and transitioned into leadership in 2013. Jessica defended her dissertation A Delphi Study of the Skills Necessary for a Speech Language Pathologist or Occupational therapist to be Successful in a Leadership Positions in 2022 and earned a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership. She currently serves as the Vice President of Therapy Services at Easterseals Southern California. Jessica supports ten internal centers along with 85 small businesses providing speech, occupational, and physical therapy for individuals with autism and developmental disabilities throughout Southern California.
