At Proof Positive Autism Wellbeing Alliance, we believe wellbeing should be accessible, practical, and integrated into everyday life. That’s why we’re excited to partner with the American Federation of Teachers (AFT) and Share My Lesson to offer a new professional learning opportunity focused on helping educators support both student and personal wellbeing in meaningful, sustainable ways.

Webinar: Practical Ways to Integrate Wellbeing Practices for Educators and Students

In this interactive webinar, Chief Wellbeing Officer Katie Curran will share simple, evidence-informed strategies that educators can immediately apply in classrooms, programs, and daily routines. Rather than adding more to educators’ already demanding workloads, this session explores how wellbeing practices can naturally fit into what teachers and school staff are already doing every day.

Participants will be introduced to the PERMA+ framework, a positive psychology model focused on building:

-Positive emotions
-Engagement
-Relationships
-Meaning
-Accomplishment
-Resilience and overall wellbeing

The webinar will also highlight practical wellbeing skills and activities that help foster connection, joy, emotional regulation, and flourishing for learners of all ages and support needs.

Whether you are an educator, school leader, therapist, support professional, or caregiver, this session is designed to provide approachable tools that can strengthen wellbeing across educational environments.

Proof Positive is proud to collaborate with organizations like AFT and Share My Lesson that are committed to supporting educators and creating healthier, more inclusive learning communities. Through this partnership, we’re helping bring positive psychology and wellbeing resources to a broader network of schools, classrooms, and families nationwide. Together, we recognize that educator wellbeing and student wellbeing are deeply connected and that small, intentional practices can make a meaningful difference.

Attendees will leave the webinar with:

-Easy-to-implement wellbeing strategies
-Practical tools for increasing connection and engagement
-Ideas for embedding wellbeing into existing routines
-A deeper understanding of the PERMA+ framework
-Resources that support both educators and students

Most importantly, participants will gain encouragement and realistic approaches for creating environments where people can thrive.
