Each month, caregivers, educators, autistics, providers and allies come together for a virtual meetup to explore practical wellbeing strategies, hear real-world experiences and learn from one another. This month, we explored the science of awe and how nature can help us experience more wonder, connection and wellbeing. Our conversation brought some great perspectives on what awe can look like in everyday life:🌙 “The moon gets me every time! Sometimes at the end of a rough day my partner asks if I’ve checked on it, and it always brings me a sense of peace.”✨ “I felt awe at large scale moments and small scale moments, and isn’t that cool that you can feel the same emotion at different levels?”📊 “I sometimes feel awe at the sight of an especially beautiful dataset.”Want to join us for the next one?
